- Monitor the Status: Tracking updates will show you the progress of your shipment, from dispatch to out-for-delivery. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after the shipping label is created.

Common Tracking Scenarios
- No tracking updates? Please allow up to 48 hours for the system to update. If there is still no movement after this time, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
- Tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package? First, check around your delivery location (porch, lobby, with neighbors). If you still cannot locate it, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
- Incorrect or invalid tracking number? Please double-check the number from your shipping email. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
