At VesperLay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our dresses, tops, and pants. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
- Any item that does not meet the eligibility criteria listed above.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refund Timeline and Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Sale items will be refunded to the original payment method at the sale price.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item as described above. Once your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
