How long does processing take before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Detailed shipping options and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, VesperLay ships to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are only able to modify or cancel orders that have not yet entered the processing stage. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain final sale items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Are return shipping fees covered?

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping fees.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

How can I find the right size for Dresses, Tops, or Pants?

We provide detailed size charts for each product category and often for individual items. Please refer to the "Size Guide" link on the product page. We recommend comparing your measurements with our chart for the best fit.

Is the color of the product accurate in the photos?

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor and device display differences, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be a perfect match to the physical product.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We frequently restock popular styles, but availability is not guaranteed. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page of the specific item you are interested in.
